Catie Morgan, BA, LMT
Evolve Wellness Foco, Ltd. Owner

Our Mission

This Mission of Evolve Wellness FOCO, Ltd. is to offer evidence based coaching, consulting and mentoring services to those working in the wellness industries and beyond. We are only capable of bringing our best when we are in a perpetual state of evolution, this means embracing the newest and best in ourselves and others while shedding old paradigms and ways of thinking that no longer serve us. The Evolve business model is shaped around three core values; compassion, knowledge and self efficacy. I want to offer a compassionate and supportive space for you, the client, while also allowing you the freedom to direct our time together in ways that feel best for you.

Our Story

As many know, I am also currently the director of operations for Amara Massage Therapy & Wellness in beautiful Old Town, Fort Collins. In addition to my role at Amara, I am also director of Evolve, of which I am the sole proprietor. My work and contribution through Evolve was born from the need to expand my offerings outside of the service menu we currently offer at Amara.

About Catie

Catie holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado and graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2007. After working in the spa/salon field, teaching, and working in private practice it was time for a change in scenery. In 2013, an opportunity to move into a new role as owner and director of Amara Massage Therapy & Wellness in Fort Collins, Colorado, started a new journey and return home.

In the last three years, Catie has devoted herself to the learning and application of science-based massage therapy practices for business and how best to implement these practices to offer clients and staff a supportive therapeutic experience. Catie is also a contributor for Massage & Fitness Magazine and enjoys staying up to date on the most current science based approaches to health and wellness. In addition to directing Amara Massage, Catie is also receiving her ACC through the International Coaching Federation via the Six Seconds Organization, which bases it’s pathway on the Emotional Intelligence model.

In Catie’s work as a coach, consultant, mentor, massage therapist, entrepreneur, instructor and business owner she seeks to provide others with a supportive space of authenticity. Catie enjoys working with individuals seeking genuine transformation, and uses the tools of embodiment, mindfulness, emotional awareness and presence to guide sessions and ask thoughtful and effective questions that prompt genuine self inquiry and movement towards personal and professional evolution. Catie enjoys working with the following populations: those experiencing chronic or acute health struggles, career transition, health & wellness professionals, corporate or small business teams and leadership/management growth.
